The Challenge
The property’s existing electrical installation was outdated and non-compliant with current regulations. Lighting circuits required rewiring, and the earthing and bonding arrangements needed upgrading. The client also required an EV charging solution that could be safely integrated into the improved system.
The Solution
We rewired the lighting circuits to meet current standards, upgraded the consumer unit, and brought the earthing and bonding fully up to specification. Dedicated circuits were installed for the EV charger, with all external works completed using weather-rated components. All work was fully tested and certified on completion.
